After completing your conference registration and payment, please send your room booking request to the Booking Contact Person or email it to the Booking Office.

In accordance with hotel policy: Room reservations are fixed with check-in on May 28/29 and check-out on May 31. The conference rate applies only to rooms booked during the conference dates.
Please contact the booking staff. Availability is subject to hotel booking conditions. The booking contact will get in touch with you promptly if there are any special circumstances.
1. Accommodation invoices (VAT general invoice) will be issued by the hotel front desk.
2. If you require a VAT special invoice or have a specific invoice amount, please inform us before the invoice is issued.
Before submitting your invoice details, please verify the billing name and reimbursement amount with your company or hospital finance department. Once issued, invoices cannot be changed or refunded.
