Call for Abstracts - Cross-Strait Pediatric Orthopaedic Congress

To enhance and ensure the full expression of research achievements among pediatric orthopaedic colleagues from Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, to foster high-quality academic exchange and interaction, and to identify outstanding talents in the field, this conference has specially established paper presentation sessions within the academic program. We hereby call for papers from orthopaedic professionals across the three regions. The requirements are as follows:

I. Scope of Topics

1. Neuromuscular disorders

2. Trauma

3. Hip disorders

4. Limb deformities

5. Skeletal dysplasia

6. Sports Medicine

7. Foot and ankle deformities

8. Pediatric orthopeadic nursing and quality of life assessment

II. Submission Requirements

1. Format Requirements: Abstracts should be 500-1000 words in Chinese or English, structured in the five-section format of "Objective, Methods, Results, Conclusion, Keywords." Reviews on related topics are also accepted. All submissions must be in electronic format.

2. Language Requirements: English submissions and presentations are encouraged. (Important Note: Physicians from Mainland China must submit abstracts in both Chinese and English. Presentation language can be chosen as either Chinese or English; both language versions of the manuscript must be uploaded.)

3. Content Requirements: Submissions must be authentic and credible, emphasizing scientific validity and practical applicability, with sufficient and objective evidence, free from commercial interest interference.

4. Originality Requirements: The research findings and academic viewpoints presented in the abstract must be original content not previously published in academic journals or presented at conferences domestically or internationally, or represent the latest research progress.

5. Collaboration Requirements: Collaborative research must clearly indicate all cooperating institutions, with no intellectual property disputes.

III. Submission Method

This conference utilizes an online paper submission system. All manuscripts must be submitted through the official conference website. Paper submissions and email submissions will not be accepted.

IV. Requirements for Preparing Oral Presentation Slides (PPT)

If your paper is selected for an oral presentation, please copy your prepared PPT file to the designated computer at the conference venue and conduct a preview to ensure the slides play normally. Thank you for your cooperation!

1. Aspect Ratio Requirement: Please set the PPT to 16:9 widescreen format.

2. File Format: Please save the file in ppt or pptx format.

3. Software for Preparation: It is recommended to use Microsoft PowerPoint 2013 or a later version.

4. Compatibility Note: Avoid using WPS for preparation to prevent playback issues at the venue.

5. Video Files: If your PPT contains videos, please ensure they play correctly in advance.

6. Presentation Duration: Please strictly control your speaking time. Presentations exceeding the time limit will be automatically stopped.
